SHIPPING POLICY
We take the time to ship every item with extra care to ensure that your products arrive at your doorstep in the same condition that we sent it in. Shipping times can vary, however we are proud to say that at least 90% of our orders go out the door within two business days and around 75% go out same day!
(This is not a guarantee. Quantity ordered, order volume, and specialty products may cause delays)
Shipping is largely based on the purchase price of all items included in the order. Orders $39.99 and under are $4.99, $50-$99.99 are $7.99. All orders are manually reviewed for accuracy, partial refunds may be given for light orders that don't qualify for free shipping.
These refunds will be given at our sole discretion and are NOT guaranteed.
All orders of over $100 will have free shipping to locations within the United States. For more information or "Pre-Order" items, please check out our Pre-Order Policy.
RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
If you're needing to return an item for a damage claim, please email thecardgamecove@gmail.com with your Order # and be sure to include as many details as possible.

If you do not like the product or simply have changed your mind, we will still take the item back, with NO restocking fee, provided the purchaser pays return shipping and the item is undamaged.
Products containing Sealed Trading Cards cannot be returned for any reason
