Pre-Order Policy
It is advised to create a separate order for Pre-Order only items! In stock items that are combined with Pre-Orders will only ship once all product is in stock!

Once we have confirmation from distributors that your product is on its way we will email an invoice to the email we have on file, allowing you to pay the balance. Please note that we try to price our products with the market to some extent, we will always honor the original price at the time the order was placed, any price decreases will be reflected on your invoice at the time of payment.

If an order cannot be fulfilled
​
If we are not able to get in enough product to fulfill Pre-Orders, we will notify affected customers via the email we have on file. In most cases, orders will NOT be cancelled and will instead have their invoice placed on "Backorder". Once we receive enough product to fulfil orders, and if possible will apply a courtesy discount as compensation for having to wait as well as refunding any deposits made.
